Lorry Driver Training Age Requirement
Sigma Studies is an established LGV driver training organization and if you are looking to join us on a course, then please be aware that the age requirement for lorry, bus, and coach drivers is 18, with a few exceptions. As long as you are over the age of 18 before you begin training and have a fully valid car license, you are welcome to start CPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence) training and become a qualified driver with the support of our team. Full Driver CPC is required if driving an LGV for work and the initial qualification is necessary for all LGV drivers from 18 to 21 years old whether your license is used professionally or not.
Now that you know the age requirement for a lorry driver, what are the benefits of training with Sigma?
A career as a lorry driver gives you a lot of freedom and you are sure to find work, as drivers are always in demand.
