Course Introduction
Under the European Agreement concerning the international Carriage of Dangerous Goods by road, EVERY company involved in transporting dangerous goods are required to appoint a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA), to advise on and monitor the company’s operations.
If you transport goods by road, on a long-term or short-term basis, we can make sure that your company stays compliant with the DGSA requirements. Since the publication of “ADR 2019 Volume 1 Chapter 1.8.3” the requirement to appoint a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor was extended to include Consignors of dangerous goods as well as those involved in the carriage, packing, loading, filling and unloading.
